The machine is located at the company headquarters in Scotland, but every 2 weeks we have transport to Romania in Mangalia POrt.
A contract is made and a proforma invoice is issued, 50% is paid and 50% upon delivery.
If the contract is signed and the advance is paid, no transport fees are charged.
